Returns Policy As all hats and veils are custom made for each individual client, we have a no return/no refund policy. If you are unsure about your purchase, we can send you additional pictures if that would help. Returns are only allowed for size adjustments to hats, in order to insure perfect fit.

All of our hats are made by hand in our Lexington studio. Usually hats ship within a week and arrive stylishly packaged in our signature hat box. The shipping fee for a hat is $29.00, though over-size hats, expedited or international shipping may incur additional charges. View our Returns Policy. |
