As all hats and veils are custom made for each individual client, we have a no return/no refund policy.
If you are unsure about your purchase, we can send you additional pictures if that would help.
Returns are only allowed for size adjustments to hats, in order to insure perfect fit.

All Hats are made by hand in our Studio and include $25.00 shipping fee per hat via Federal Express Ground Delivery and a hat box. Oversize hats and overnight air incur additional fees. Please call or mail to check prices. Most hats will ship out in one week. If there is any delay at all, we will let you know. View our Returns Policy. |
